At YVOLT, we are committed to delivering your electric bike and accessories with speed, safety, and exceptional care. Our logistics process is designed to be transparent and reliable, ensuring you always know where your order is and when it will arrive.


1. Shipping Regions

YVOLT currently offers shipping to the following regions:

  • United States (Contiguous 48 States), Canada, EU Countries — Fully supported

  • International Destinations — Select countries are supported; please contact our Support Team for availability and quotes

If you are unsure whether your location is supported, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist.


2. Shipping Fees

To provide a seamless purchasing experience:

Tax: The purchase price you see includes all applicable taxes and is the final price.


3. Shipping Origin

All YVOLT bikes and accessories are shipped from our U.S. distribution centers:

  • Primary Fulfillment Center: California, USA

  • Additional warehouses may be used to ensure faster delivery depending on inventory availability.

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product type and stock location.


4. Shipping Timeframes

We make every effort to deliver your YVOLT products promptly and safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Available at an additional cost

  • International Shipping: Varies by destination (typically 10–20 business days)

Please note that delivery times may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High-demand periods

  • Remote or rural delivery areas

You will receive an estimated delivery window at checkout.


5. Modifying Your Shipping Information

We understand that addresses may need to be updated after an order is placed.

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been shipped, address changes may incur a $20 re-routing fee charged by the carrier.

  • If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, an additional shipping fee of $200 will be charged for redelivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking links will allow real-time updates from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • For bikes or large shipments, tracking may show additional logistics checkpoints (sorting facilities, freight hubs, etc.).

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days, please reach out to our team for assistance.
